The 25th Anniversary meeting of the International Society of Chemical Ecology will be held from 17 to 22 August at The Pennsylvania State University (PSU), located in State College, Pennsylvania, USA. This meeting is in celebration of the Silver Anniversary (25th year) of the society, which was started in 1983. The meeting will be hosted by Jim Tumlinson and program committee members (all Center for Chemical Ecology, Department of Entomology):

MEETING OVERVIEW
Please plan your flight or local travel to arrive by Sunday 17 August to take part in the Welcome reception.
The meeting meeting headquarters is the Nittany Lion Inn, and scientific sessions and posters are in new Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences Life Sciences Building (see photo) on the Penn State campus. The executive committee meeting is the afternoon of 17 August, and the welcome reception is that same evening.
The scientific portion of the meeting will be from Monday 18 August through Friday 22 August. The morning plenary sessions will be in the auditorium of the new Life Sciences Building on campus and a separate room for parallel afternoon sessions also will be in the Life Sciences Building. The third-floor bridge between the Life Sciences and the Chemistry buildings, with a beautiful view of the campus, will be used for coffee breaks, poster sessions, and individual discussions as well as for the welcome reception.
The conference banquet will be at the Penn Stater Hotel on the Penn State campus (approximately a 3-mile [4.8 km] drive to ISCE meeting headquarters).
Free time and other social events are planned for Wednesday afternoon 20 August.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Your final destination by air should be the University Park Airport in State College, Pennsylvania.
From the airport, it is a 10–15-minute drive to the main campus, the meeting location, and the lodging.
We have reserved 120 rooms at the Nittany Lion Inn (see courtyard photo). The Nittany Lion Inn is the ISCE meeting headquarters. The hotel is offering a special group rate for ISCE meeting attendees of $115 (USD) per night single occupancy and $125 per night double occupancy from 17 to 24 August. On 15 and 16 August, the rates are $155 per night single occupancy and $165 per night double occupancy. The hotel provides complimentary parking and free Internet access for its guests, and it is located in the heart of the Penn State campus.
We also have reserved 30 rooms at the Days Inn and 30 rooms at the Atherton Hotel.
